How much will a full-service podcast setup and installation cost me?
While there are multiple factors that impact the cost of a full-service podcast solution, we advise clients that they can expect to spend a minimum of $5K not including equipment costs. Full-service clients will be given a turnkey production setup that even the least technically savvy user will find easy to use.
How long is the setup process?
Depending on the space, a full equipment setup can usually be setup within a day. Often times, a space will first need interior design which will come with its own timeline. Keep in mind, a wait time of 1-2 weeks is necessary for equipment shipments prior to setup.
Will I be able to start podcasting after the full-service setup and installation?
Yes! It will be just about as simple as pressing a button. We pride ourselves in our streamlined setup that essentially saves our clients hours of pre-shoot setup and post-production work.
What if I have any equipment issues after installation?
We are not in the business of launching podcasts that collect dust. We work hard on the front end to ensure that our customers are confident in their ability to run their podcasts. However, if you run into any issues, just send an email to our support team, and we’ll troubleshoot to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
What if I'm not tech-savvy?
Atlanta Podcast Pros will work to ensure that you are easily able to run your podcast studio with minimal support. Our full-service package will not leave you to just figure it out. Instead, we’ll show you exactly what you need to do from start to finish. For those who lack time or interest in doing it themselves, we offer podcast management packages to cover all the bases and keep your hands free.
How soon can we start?
After initial payment is made, we can have a tech out (if needed) in Metro Atlanta within 24-48 hours to see the space and begin building out the setup plan. We aim to have our clients up and running within a month’s time if not sooner!
What if I'm not in Atlanta?
No worries! As an ATL-based company, we target our local market but our services are not limited to any city or state. Our beloved client, Socrates, brought us on for a full-service setup in Florida. Benjamin setup Socrates’ studio in one day and we’ve maintained ongoing support remotely since then.
